Deliveries

General

I'm a small studio & shop and process all orders on a day to day basis. I do my best to get your orders out to you as soon as possible but please note, I need 1-3 business days to make and pack your order.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with a tracking number. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be available.

 

Very important: Please check your address before you place an order. If the address is not complete or if it was given incorrectly, get in touch asap to update your details, I'm not able to change the address once the items has been dispatched. If an address is incomplete, and the parcel returns, you will have to pay the delivery fee again.

UK Delivery

Please allow 5 working days for delivery. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the chosen shipping method. Please refer to each item's description for estimated delivery times.
Small parcels are sent via Royal Mail, all larger shipments are sent via Evri.

International Shipping

All parcels are sent via Evri Courier

Help

》 If your product arrived damaged, please contact me within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. I will need proof of damaged item in the original packaging.
 》 If your order has not arrived 15 working days after the expected delivery date -please get in touch and I'Il try to resolve this issue as soon as possible,.
