Frequently asked questions

  • How long will it take to process my order?

Once an order is placed, it may take up to 1-3 business days to be processed. After an order is processed, you will receive an email notification with the dispatch notification and a tracking number.

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the chosen shipping method. Please refer to each item's description for estimated delivery times.

 

  • Do you accept returns?

Yes, I offer a 14-day return policy after you receive your order (exceptions may apply- check each item's description). To be eligible for a return, the products must be unused and in the same condition as received, with the original packaging. The free gifts included in your order must also be returned in the same condition. Please send a message to initiate your return request.

*Custom products and items on sale are not returnable*

Once I receive and confirm that your order is eligible for return, you will be automatically refunded in the same payment method you used at checkout. An email confirmation will be sent once the refund is processed. Please see the "Refunds Policy" tab for more information.

 

  • What to do if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If your order has not been shipped, please contact me immediately with your order number and the correct address. I'm not able to change the address once the items has been dispatched.
If the order has already shipped, I'm not responsible for missing orders sent to incorrect or undelivered addresses provided by the customer. If an address was incomplete, and the parcel returns, you will have to pay the delivery fee again.
 
  • What should I do if my package was marked as "delivered," but I didn't get it?
In such cases, I advise first to check a secondary location, such as a mailroom, community mailbox, front desk, neighbor or safe drop location. If the package is still not found, contact me immediately.
Please note that I do not issue replacements or refunds for items marked as "delivered" by postal services or unclaimed due to unpaid customs. To qualify for an insurance claim for lost packages, customers must have purchased a tracked shipping service or the order must be eligible for Purchase Etsy Protection Program.
Contact me within 15 days from the date the package was marked as "delivered" by your postal service.
  • Gift wrapping and packaging
All my products come wrapped in white tissue paper, honeycomb protective wrap and are secured in biodegradable packaging such as peanuts, biodegradable bubblewrap and cardboard boxes.
If your order is marked as gift, I will add a ribbon and a card to write your gift message or I can write it for you.
  • Wholesale availability
Yes, I welcome wholesale and bulk orders. Whether you want to stock my products in your shop or need a large order for a special event please contact me.
